cleanliness yes I got the information that the night charges is 96 swiss frunks and it was on check oyt as 153 . When i was checkink out the viza card was not functioning and ihad to pay cash my currency was in Uro. the employee wanted to change it in a rate of 1.4 and outside it ws 1.48 which was disappointing to me. another point , the breakfast was in the room with 18. frunks and i was charged 38 for2 |

For personal reasons just after I arrived I advised the staff that I had to leave earlier than planned. The morning after the lady at the reception wanted to charge me two nights. When I asked her written prove/rules for this request she could not provide me anything. After a bad argue I was charged 1 night. I would not reccomend the hotel to anyone. |

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. No Free Wi-Fi. Had to get token from reception! No good. It was really noisy outside all night and was hard to sleep. Get better double glazing or charge a lot less! |

good location, next to the main station. BAD BAD and BAD!!! that is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. WORST reception staff I have ever met, 'NO' is the only answer I got for everthing I asked. no heating, no cooling, no air ventilation, no service, half working toilet. very bad manner, cold faces staff. OVERALL rating: WORST!! |

Convenient locality, comfortable and clean room, excellent value for money. Our room overlooked a street where noisy merrymakers partied until the small hours. Avoid these rooms if possible. |
