Client oriented personnel, swimming pool and hammam, great view from the pool, perfect breakfast - I highly recommend this hotel to everybody. Hotel is appr. 20 min by tram from the center, but they provided the tickets for groung transport. |

very nice rooms. the water heater was a welcomed touch. very close to tram and train station and to migros. |

Very customer-oriented staff, polite and available to help. Excellent break-fast buffet. The Amrita spa is very very small compared to other Amritas around the world. The changing room looks like an elevator ;-) |

As always, the location. Service and cleanliness good. Visa card did not work even though it worked perfectly in shops & ATMs. My card must have pin-code included but the hotel does not have this function ! The hotel must solve this urgently as cards around the world will in time need the pin-code to work. My coffee machine did not work, not seen by HK, and not fixed after I told reception- had to report a 2nd time. Minibar over charged but corrected |

The staff = friendly and helpful.Even though we had a booking for 3 rooms, we changed it upon arrival to 2 rooms only due to one person who couldn't make it.The Hotel understood the situation and didn't charge us for that room. Where the other Hotel where we stayed after the Swissotel charged us for one night of the extra room. And we loved the idea that the Hotel is so close to the railway... |

The pool/spa has an amazing view of Zurich, although it is slightly out of town, it is only 2 stops (5 mins) on the train and the station is directly across the road. The room was comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotel in Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again. |
