Clean room, adequate housekeeping service. A minibar would be nice in the room. A better orthopedic bed (The bed was quite soft and uncomfortable). |

good location. Reasonably modern room (stayed in a double room), balcony and good condition hard floors. bathroom was tiny, old but clean. There's no fridge in the room and room key was this heavy goblet forcing you to leave it with reception |

Having stayed at the hotel previously and arriving very late in the evening the night porter was very efficient and the need to register on arrival was not necessary as details were available from the last visit. The hotel is clean and very hospitable and I would recommend it and will certainly return to the hotel next time I vist Lucerne. |

The room was comfortable, and the decor was unusual - the red painted canvas behind the bed! The buffet breakfast was very good. The location close to the station was very convenient. The fact that the dining room did not serve alcohol. |

Convenient location .Very close to railway station. The hotel staff at the reception questioned me for not letting them know that I had a kid. Fortunately I had the booking paper where I clearly documented via booking .com that I had a kid. Friendlier staff at reception is recommended. The room size is very small. |

Location was really good, right across train station. Walking distance to old town. Room size is adequate, and its clean. Perfect room lighting. Good breakfast. Bathroom is small. The door does not have automatic lock. So, we need to lock the door manually everytime we enter and exit the room. |
